SuperbDrain is a bi-planer composite geonet for drainage. SuperbDrain; is manufactured by continuous extrusion of two intersecting high density polyethylene (HDPE) strands to form a high profile, biaxial net structure and then bonded with a non woven geotextile on either side. The evenly spaced ribs keep flow channels open with a high capacity for water discharge.
SuperbDrain; provides high flow characteristics in both machine & cross directions. Its ability to allow complete flow in all directions is even in a case of Irregular surfaces, makes SuperbDrain, it well suited for drainage behind RE walls, reinforced walls, reinforced soil slopes as well for horizontal drainage in foundations, under embankments, green areas & for underground car park flooring.
Properties
SuperbDrain is resistant to chemical and biological agents normally present in the soil and waste, it is stabilised with carbon black for resistance against UV degradation.
Application
SuperbDrain is supplied in rolls with protective wrapping which is removed prior to rolling out over the prepared surface. Adjacent rolls of SuperbDrain are installed with a slight overlap at roll ends when fixed to walls hard surfaces. SuperbDrain should be covered within 3 to 4 days of installation. SuperbDrain can be used in a variety of vertical and horizontal applications including, behind RE Walls / retaining walls, bridges, cut and cover tunnels and under embankments and green spaces.
